Silent Counseling is an energy release healing technique that connects the mind and body. Using muscle testing, we identify blockages in energy meridians without discussing specific issues. Through guided breathwork, individuals release trapped emotions from traumas and fears, alleviating emotional pain and empowering them to move forward. These sessions will include a combination of breathwork, meridian testing, energy and sound healing, intuitive guidance and chakra balancing

Energy Healing with Reiki

Dawn will intuitively incorporate a combination of modalities using her clairsentience and ability to perceive energy to restore balance to the mind, body and spirit.
